So I hate blogging.
I always feel like I need to write something profound.
Here’s something fun though: My site has only been visited six times.
Five of those were probably me.
So it doesn’t matter what I say! Because no one sees it.
A little sad, sure, but I guess it means I can just write whatever.
Unfortunately I don’t have anything to say.
We’ll see how long this blog is for this world if this keeps up….
[December 14: This post is really emo, isn't it? Sorry folks. I swear the rest of it isn't this bad

Giving Ministry Away. It sounds silly in our American Church mindset (it still sounds silly to me sometimes). But I know that it’s something we have to do. Something we’re called to do. Empowering the “average church folks” to do the ministry, not just those in full-time ministry.
In this blog I’m going to be looking at what it means to Give Ministry Away and what it means to work in full-time ministry. I work in the Communications Department of a pretty big church, so I’ll probably have a ton of fun stories, anecdotes and the like as well. I’ll probably also have some completely random stories, and probably a post (or two) about Chipotle Burritos (they’re pretty sweet).
Really, this is going to be a place to help me process all that I learn each day/week/month and hopefully give me an outlet to express myself through my writing.
Also, some major props to my teammate Diane for her awesome photoshop skills on the banner, and for my fellow Future Leader Brian for making me look far hipper than I actually am in the above picture.

This is the first post of this blog.
First posts are impossible to write, because generally they set the tone for the blog. So I’m going to let the burden of the first post fall on the second post, which will make it feel far less intimidating.
That made no sense, but then again, that’s probably going to be par for the course for this blog.
