So at work we are having a Christmas decorating contest, and my team is really excited about it. We fully intend to win in a landslide.

However, I keep getting this feeling that we’re doing great in the planning phases, and we’re really excited about it right now, but we might not be the best finishers.

I’ve noticed we’re notoriously bad at follow through on some of our ideas, so I’m hoping that we’ll be able to accomplish this somehow, because we definitely can’t let that office over in Kids Quest win…
