What do you do when you’re bored on a weekend? Apparently I build web stuff…
Check out the Facebook landing page I created for DayBreak. I had fun with the rounded corners and the sunbursts on this one. I love designing stuff for Facebook because not a lot of people are doing it, so it’s always kind of cool to see them in the wild.
Anyhow, DayBreak is pretty much awesome. You gotta check em out!

So, if you know me then you know I’m a HUGE fan of The Gathering. I actually was saved there, and I’ve been involved with them in some capacity for the past four years.
I’m also a huge fan of John McGowan, the Director of The Gathering. Not only is he a great leader who I get the privilege of interacting with regularly at work, but he’s a prolific blogger!
Therefore, I really wanted to help him out by designing a new blog for him. He was using a Wordpress.com blog that was pretty plain, so I went and found a pretty slick looking theme, and modded the heck out of it 
.
Anyhow, enjoy!

Last Friday The Gathering held their city-wide service, getting together students from all four campuses for a night of worship. The night was pretty powerful, to say the least.
One of the coolest parts was when they showed the video that they created while they were down in Haiti…check it out:

Anyhow, good stuff. The Gathering is doing great stuff in Haiti.
