Use a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to squeeze the icing on instead of using a spatula to spread it.

I saw this while driving over the Chain Bridge going into DC on Tuesday…and this isn’t even the worst part of it…pretty much the whole bridge’s center line is all over the place. Not great for a two lane bridge.
