Not really sure what to make of that. There’s at least three errors I can see. Ironic, considering they’re advertising how to get better at communicating.

(PS, fun trick: I don’t see the pictures associated with the ads on Facebook any more. If you are in Firefox and right click on the pictures, click “Block images from…” and you won’t either. It’s pretty awesome)

I took this picture about a week ago. The instructions are for how to make coffee, but, as you can see, it’s missing a few steps, namely the first three.

I think it’s important to remember that people don’t just need the last few steps. They need all the steps, even if to us they seem obvious.

Just a thought.

Thought it was kind of funny. I can’t think of a scenario where those quotation marks would be warranted. Unless they don’t actually deliver, and they are saying it for ironic effect…
