The Atom Project wanted to create a campaign to reach 100,000 signatures for their petition to stop nuclear testing. The campaign was such a success, they’ve since passed 300,000 signatures and are now going for 500,000!
We didn’t want there to be anything that would cause friction for the visitor signing the petition, so it was imperative that the site work on mobile devices. The ultimate goal was to make it as quick and easy as possible to sign the petition. Things like Facebook sign in and a responsive design helped make this possible.
I really enjoy the opportunity to design the things I'm building, so I was excited to get the chance to design this landing page for them. My design highlighted the signature goal, leveraging social proof as a motivator for people to sign the petition.
